We strive to deliver the solutions best suited to each client, combining technical expertise, digitalisation and responsive support with the shortest possible turnaround time.
To be a globally trusted and preferred ship service company, providing holistic and comprehensive solutions across the maritime industry — with safety, security and prosperity at the heart of everything we do.
The maritime industry demands precision at every level. From navigation and communication to safety equipment, hazardous materials and digital systems, we support the technologies and services that keep vessels moving.
PFOS foam has been prohibited since January 2026. CO₂ is now a mandatory pre-entry parameter. IHM must be maintained for the life of every EU-trading vessel. The rules arrive faster than crews can absorb them.
Separate vendors for navigation, safety, calibration and compliance mean more purchase orders, more gaps, and no single party accountable for the whole vessel.
When inspectors, oil majors, and buyers all want proof, paper slows you down and leaves gaps. Move your certificates, inspections, & maintenance logs into one verifiable digital record, so nothing is lost, nothing is questioned, & everything holds up under audit.
We combine global understanding, domain expertise and technology to respond to changing maritime needs — while building long-term partnerships founded on integrity and shared value.
We build relationships that create meaningful, lasting value for our customers.
We deliver outstanding products and services that create premium value.
We uphold the highest standards of integrity in everything we do.
Hubs in five countries, genuine spares stocked near your regular ports, and delivery on your schedule.

In 2014, Raj joined a Singaporean shipping firm as Technical Superintendent and later Technical Manager, where he helped improve the performance and maintenance standards of its Bulk Carrier fleet.
As Managing Director of Marine Mechanics, Raj oversees all divisions of the company, supported by a multidisciplinary team of maritime, engineering, HazMat and business professionals. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Synergy Marine Services Group, bringing his operational expertise to bear across the wider group. Beyond his managerial responsibilities, he is actively engaged in spearheading new and specialised projects and plays a key role in shaping and executing the company’s strategic business plans. His leadership has been instrumental in securing major approvals and accreditations for the company.
Global Head - Technical Services
Pradeep leads the technical services within the group, where he drives the company’s strategic planning and growth initiatives. His unique expertise is built on a multidisciplinary career that blends hands-on maritime engineering with global supply chain management.
Pradeep’s journey began with a decade at sea after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology. He gained extensive operational experience across a diverse range of vessels, including Car Carriers, Containers and Bulkers. Seeking to broaden his commercial acumen, he later earned a Master’s degree in Procurement & Supply Chain from Aberdeen Business School.
Transitioning ashore, Pradeep led the technical procurement division for a ship management company before managing complex inventory and supply chain operations for a major automobile manufacturer’s North American and European prototype divisions.
Since joining our organisation in 2020, Pradeep has applied his strategic vision to his leadership role. He currently manages a diverse portfolio spanning global Marine Repairs, IHM, Machinery Sales, Yard Projects, the PPE Division and China Operations — making him an invaluable asset to our continued success.
Global Head - Navcom & Safety
Bhupendra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RGPV University, Bhopal. He began his maritime career in 2011 as an Electrical Officer, gaining hands-on experience across a range of tanker vessels and building a strong technical foundation in shipboard electrical and automation systems.
After nearly a decade at sea, he moved ashore as an Electrical Superintendent, managing daily operations and retrofit projects — including BWTS and Scrubber installations — while also contributing to LR2 tanker newbuilding and fleet digitalisation initiatives. He later became Electrical and Automation Manager within the company’s Decarbonisation division, overseeing energy-saving retrofits, project and vendor management, and cost optimisation across the fleet.
As Global Head of the Navcom Division, Bhupendra leads global service strategy, drives operational efficiency, and strengthens the division’s service offerings through deep technical expertise, strong leadership and sharp market insight. His steady progression from sea to shore has given him a well-rounded, ship-to-shore perspective that continues to shape the division’s growth.
Global Head - Airtime
Nilesh holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Computers from Mumbai University. He began his career in 1994 as a Junior Computer Engineer, building experience across computer sales and service before moving into Satellite Communications in 2008, drawn by the sector’s growing importance to the shipping industry.
At a Mumbai-based satellite service provider, Nilesh worked as a Technical Support Engineer and later Manager, delivering technical support to a fleet of nearly 900 vessels and developing a deep understanding of shipboard connectivity and communications infrastructure.
As Head of Operations for the Airtime Solutions division at Marine Mechanics, Nilesh leads a dedicated team of Sales Engineers and Technical Assistants. Head - SENSYN
Vivek has spent his career focused on one question: what is really happening inside the fluids that keep machines running? He heads SENSYN, the business he founded within Synergy Marine Group to bring inline oil condition monitoring to the maritime and onshore sectors. Its flagship product, LOTUS, gives engineers live insight into lubrication health without manual sampling or waiting days for lab results. The system is already deployed across commercial shipping fleets and is expanding into other industries.
Before SENSYN, Vivek co-founded and led Dravam Pte Ltd in Singapore as CEO. There, he built real-time fuel quality monitoring systems for large-scale marine and industrial operations. He holds a PhD and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, where his research on multiphase and heavy-oil pipeline flows earned an NUS Research Scholarship and led to several publications. He earned his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani, Dubai.
At Marine Mechanics, Vivek brings deep technical expertise and hands-on commercial experience. His work is driven by the belief that better, real-time information leads to safer and smarter maintenance decisions.
An engineer is awake in at least one of them right now.
